I spent a further £8 on foodstuffs and eventually came up with this:
Fajitas filled with roasted, spiced butternut squash, onion, sweetcorn, bell peppers and courgette with jalapeno nachos, guacamole, tomato salsa etc etc….. lots of left overs.

That sounds delicious. As usual, though, I’m not certain about the sweetcorn.
